How it works

Five steps. Ten minutes. Live in 48 hours.

The whole setup is self-serve. No long brief, no agency call, no waiting on a developer.

  1. 01

Pick monthly direct debit or annual card payment. Five minutes through Stripe, then straight into onboarding. Cancel any time in the first month for a full refund.

  2. 02

    Activate your treatment protocols.

Activate the protocols you actually offer from the six standard groupings: Lines & Wrinkles, Volume & Structure, Facial Contouring, Skin Quality, Skin Clarity, and Non-surgical Rhinoplasty. The protocols you activate define what the quiz can ever recommend.

  3. 03

    Assign your treatments and prices.

For each protocol, tick the treatments you actually offer. Set your starting prices. Upload before-and-after photos if you have them, skip if you don't and we'll use placeholders. Treatments outside this list never appear in patient recommendations.

  4. 04

    Set your identity and theme.

Quiz headline and palette (accent, surface, ink, header) on the Identity step. Logo, typography (six options, four sans and two serif), and shape on the Theme step. The quiz inherits all of it so it feels native to your website from the first second a patient sees it.

  5. 05

    Receive your embed code.

A single snippet to drop into Squarespace, WordPress, Wix, Webflow, or any custom site. Add it to a page on your existing website. Your quiz is live within 48 hours.

Common questions

The things clinic owners usually ask before signing up.

If yours isn't here, message us. We answer within a working day.

What are protocols?

A protocol is a treatment grouping. You pick up to three from a list of six: Wrinkle Relaxing, Skin Quality, Volumisation, Facial Contouring, Skin Boosters and Hydration, and Body and Weight Management.

The quiz uses your selected protocols to translate what a patient said into a plan that uses what you actually offer. Treatments outside your protocols never appear in patient recommendations.

What if I don't treat certain areas of the face?

You toggle those areas off during onboarding. If you don't do non-surgical rhinoplasty, the nose is inactive. If you don't offer lip work, lips is off.

The patient never sees a zone you can't treat, so you never get a lead asking for something you don't do.

Can I add areas?

The face map is fixed to nine standard zones (forehead, eyes, nose, cheeks, lips, jawline, chin, skin and texture, neck), but you can rename any of them to match your terminology. Custom zones aren't supported yet but they're on the roadmap.

Do you do this for body?

Not yet. A body map is coming. Right now Body and Weight Management is one of the six protocols, so patients can pick that direction, but the visual map is face-only.

If body is core to your clinic, tell us during the demo and we'll factor it into our timeline.

Do the patient leads belong to me or to aesthetiQ?

Yours. Every patient who completes your quiz is your lead, in your dashboard, exportable to CSV any time. We store the data for you but we never market to your patients or resell their data. If you cancel, the data exports with you.

Who follows up with the patients?

You do. aesthetiQ generates the lead and captures the context. Your CTA points wherever you already point patients (Cliniko, Timely, Nookal, an email address, your own contact form) and the patient flows there. We never talk to your patients on your behalf.
